Helene Berger

Trained by Micheline Ostermeyer, Helene Berger receives the councils of Masters such as Tatiana Nikolaeva, who chose her to to record the 4th concerto of Beethoven for France Music and Aquiles Delle Vigne who recruited her in his class at the "Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris" where she win the Diploma of Higher Execution.

She obtain too several first prizes at the ENM at St Germain en Laye and at the Regional National Academy of Rueil-Malmaison. In Italy, she receive the Diploma Fondazione Romano Romanini.

Four recitals in the Gaveau Concert Hall, tours in Asia (Japan, Singapore, Vietnam) and in Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, Slovaki), on board at the Mermoz (Liban, Syrie, Chypre) : a career punctuated by the creation of actual composers and learning jazz with Claude Bolling then with Laurent de Wilde.

His actually musical partners are François-René Duchable (France) in "Music and Sport" at two pianos, Biogroove Duo (percussions- Sicilia) and Raquel Lojendio (mezzo soprano - Espana)

Parallel to its soloist and composer activities...

Helene BERGER is recruited in May 2001 as a pianist arranger-guide for representations in the large national theatres (Operas of Compiegne, Bordeaux) produced by Olivier Benezech.

Helene Berger records for France Music, France2, R.F.I, TBS Japan, as well as three compact-discs: Henri Duparc for the editions Salabert (Ricordi), Franck Roussel at Eden Rock'n'roll (Sony) with the Orchestra of Saratov directed by Hugues Reiner and CD live “Recital in duet” along side François-Rene Duchable commemorating the 150th birthday of Joinville-s school (INSEP_tirageprivé).

Helene Berger is a titular professor of Concervatoire à Rayonnement Départemental of Issy les Moulineaux (France). She is regularly invited to teach in master classes and to take part of juries for international competitions and for the exam sessions of professors. (Euroarts Leipzig, Torneo International di Musica, Osaka Competition, CNFPT, Concours Bellan, Concours Appassionato Guadeloup...).

She's founder and artistic director of Cap Ferret Music Festival & Academy since 2011, and vice-presidente of Concours International Leopold Bellan since 2013.

Twenty years ago, Pierre Petit say from her to Aquiles Delle Vigne: "she's the hope of France". Now his solist activities, his fame as teacher and his succes full for his festival and competition, helping young talents, Helene Berger correspond to this prediction.
